How to connect P4 L MII active + P sub 4

I'm thinking about buying the P Sub 4 to complement my P4L's. At this moment I have connected my active p4's to the pre-out port on my integrated amplifier. (Rotel RA 06) When i buy the P Sub, how should I connect everything then?

The sub on the pre-out and the p4's to the regular a/b speaker groups?

Hi Jerry

I would connect the sub to the pre out and the speakers to the pre out of the sub. So the signal for the active speakers is filtered.

But out of curiosity, is it possible to connect the active P4L's to the normal speaker ports?

Hi Jerry

the connection you would choose is similar to the picture on page 10 in the subwoofer-manual

exept you should connect the speakers directly to the Subwoofer-Output, and not back to the amplifier

and: DON'T connect active Speakers to the hi-level output of an amplifier... or you should change the fuse... (best case)
