Hi Kurt,
My first post; hope you can advise:
With my Rotel RB1080, I have recently purchased a pair of used Piega P4 XL 's. It has XL on the bottom but I am not sure whether they are MK1 or II. I assume Mk1 but how can I establish this?
As new kid (44) on the block, I have enjoyed reading most themes and posts, but still haven't got quite clear what the exact technical modifications from MK1 to the newer MKII model are. Can you enlighten me on this?
As I am not a complete audiophile: I have now connected my Piega's using standard LS- cable with 3mm copperwire core. Should I invest in high-end wiring, or is the difference only audible to the trained ear (or mind)?
I realise these may be beginners questions, but it's a start...
Pleased to read you also have the hots for US V-twins,
Many regards,
Henk Zeevalk.
