Hi
I hope it is ok to write in english.
I have a question regarding the Power Amplifier module I have in my Piega P4XL MKII. The module is a B&O icepower200ASC module, and on top of this, there is a small module mounted with PIEGA PA 2/01 printed on.
My question is, what does this small Piega module do, and why is it necessary?
The reason I ask is, that I have used these speakers in a B&O setup until recently, but now the speakers are connected to a Yamaha amplifier with a Pre-out signal. It is working really fine, but the sound seems a bit lower now, than I experienced with the B&O setup. And when I Google icepower200ASC, I can see that these modules are used in several power amplifiers, but without this extra module, just line signal directly onto the icepower module.
